Ted picked me up at my hotel on more than one occasion, not only to show me properties but show me Orlando to ensure I understood the locations of the properties in relationship to the greater Orlando area. Ted was my realtor on a property I inherited thru an estate. The house needed considerable work, which meant the primary customers would be investors or LLC's. He did a wonderful job with the many offers that came in - doing a lot of due diligence working thru the offers and determining which ones were serious and following up on their funding as opposed to the sight unseen offers that were most likely going to be renegotiated after inspections. Ted kept me well informed thoughout the process and took off the burden on me had I tried to sell the property myself and had I dealt with the investors directly. I highly recommend Ted Moseley as your realtor whether you are buying or selling a house.

I must say meeting Ted was the blessing our family needed at just the right time. Working with Ted was always a delight, he was always very punctual in communication, in fact, he would do most of the reaching out, making our process seem effortless. Ted has been wonderful! So patient, polite, proactive, and efficient! He went above and beyond to help us finding a listing and even gave me advice about laws on renting applications after we got scammed from a bad landlord. I would definitely recommend his services.
