Is this a VA or government program?
No. This is my personal offer as a licensed REALTOR® with Real Broker — Orlando. It is not endorsed by DoD or the VA.
Can this combine with seller credits?
Often yes, but the lender must approve total credits. We will coordinate with your lender early.
Does the inspector get paid directly?
The credit is applied at closing. You pay your inspector as usual and bring the invoice to closing.
