Consultation & Staging

We consulted and staged for optimum convenience without too much disruption to normal life. After all, you're selling your home but you still need to live there too! Staging is often more about decluttering and depersonalizing, than bringing in fancy props.

Listed Competitively & Hosted Open Houses

The best way to show a property is by making it available to the public without an appointment. We work to hold an open house at least one day every weekend in the critical first two a months a home is on the market. The buyer for this home can from an open house.

Negotiated a Win!

Every transaction - even the most perfect one - will require some level of negotiation. Recognizing a market shift, but also an opportunity, allowed us to get the home under contract with a very short inspection period and a very fast closing.

But wait—there’s more…

One of the best parts of working here is that I often know about homes before they hit the public market. While I can’t share details until everything is officially live in the MLS, I do keep a private list for neighbors who want an early heads-up when new opportunities are about to appear.

If you love living here—or have friends or family who would—you can join the interest list and I’ll reach out the moment I have something new to share.

Note: To comply with MLS rules, I can only provide full details once a listing is officially entered. Until then, private updates are by request only.
